System SLA

We offer individual Service Level Agreements for all systems to our customers. You can choose from the following options:

  • 5/8 Support. Our team is available per phone or email from Mondays to Fridays during regular business hours.
  • 7/8 Support. In addition to the 5/8 service the team is also available at weekends and public holidays during business hours.
  • 7/24 Support. We support you whenever you need us.
  • Support Credits. We agree upon certain support capacities that you can use up in a specified period of time.

All these options refer to a failure or to standard hotline calls referring to our platforms.

 

System Monitoring

If you want to entrust the operation of your applications and platforms to us you can benefit from our sophisticated monitoring and alarming possibilities. 

Numerous diagrams and graphs support us in permanently checking the status of the system and quickly identify possible deviations. Using our monitoring technologies we ensure that the system is stable and that instabilities are detected immediately.

If a system message indicates that intervention into the system is required, such a task can be performed in accordance with your service team. 

 

MySQL Cluster Support

Based on many years of experience in the field of MySQL clusters we offer support for sizing, setting up and operating a MySQL cluster infrastructure.
